Physical Reporting Of Final Admission Between 14 to 21 August
This is the last opportunity for the students to surrender and withdraw their seats allotted in the first round of CSAB special counselling being conducted for 11,295 vacant seats in NIT, IIIT and GFTI colleges of the country. Students can surrender and withdraw their seat by 3 pm on 12 August.
The seat allotment for the second round will be released on August 13. A large number of students are surrendering their seats if they are not satisfied with their allotted seats. Also, in the first round seat allotment, thousands of students have been re-allocated the seats they got in the JoSAA counselling.
Students who will be allotted NIT-IIIT in the second round of CSAB counselling will have to do physical reporting in those allotted colleges between August 14 to 21 to complete the final admission process in the college.
Along with this, if no new college is allotted in CSAB counselling to the students who had secured a seat in JoSAA counselling, then their seat in JoSAA will be re-allotted. The seat acceptance fee, partial admission fee and institute admission fee deposited during the JoSAA and CSAB counselling of these students will be adjusted in the fees of the colleges. For final admission in NIT-IIIT, students will have to visit the websites of their allotted colleges to get complete information about remaining fees and necessary documents.
