CSAB Counselling 2024 Choice Filling till August 3 (5pm)

Two special rounds of counselling have been started by CSAB 2024 for the vacant seats in 98 top engineering institutes of the country including NIT-IIIT. Students can fill college choices till 5 pm on August 3 after registration till 2 August 5 pm.

In CSAB counselling 2024, students have been given the option to fill 567 college branch choices of 98 institutes including NIT-IIIT.

After CSAB, no other admission process will be conducted for NIT-IIIT, therefore, students should fill as many college choices as possible according to their interest in the special round of choice filling because the seat matrix released on the website is estimated and more seats than this may remain vacant.

Also, students who were allotted any college seat in JoSAA counselling, if they are participating in the special round of counselling, then they should fill only the college choice better than the seat allotted to them, because if they do not get a seat in CSAB counselling 2024, then the college seat allotted to them in JoSAA counselling will be re-allocated.

In such a situation, these students should fill only those college branches in their priority list which are better than their previously allotted JoSAA college seat, because if they are allotted a new college branch in CSAB counselling, then their previous JoSAA seat will be cancelled and the newly allotted college seat will be considered final.

In CSAB counselling, students have been given the option to fill 567 college branch choices for a total of 13466 seats in 98 institutes including NIT-IIIT.

This includes 299 branch choices of 32 NITs, 95 branch choices of 26 IIITs and 173 branch choices of 37 GFTIs.
