CUET-UG 2024 Registration: Important Dates and Fee Details

The Online Application Process of CUET-UG 2024 Commenced on Tuesday, 27 February

Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG – 2024) will be conducted in 13 mediums across India for admission into the Undergraduate Programmes in Hybrid (Pen & Paper / CBT) mode for all the Central Universities (CUs) and participating Universities in India for the academic year 2024-25. Online Submission of Application Form will take place from 27 February to 26 March 2024 (up to 11:50 P.M.)

Important Dates – CUET UG 2024

1. Last date of successful transaction of fee through Credit/Debit Card/NetBanking/UPI 26 March 2024  (up to 11:50 P.M.)
2. Correction in Particulars 28 March to 29 March 2024 (Up to 11:50 P.M.)
3. Announcement of the City of Examination 30 April 2024 onwards*
4. Downloading Admit Cards from the NTA website The second week of May 2024*
5. Date of Examination Between 15 May 2024 and 31 May 2024*
6. Display of Recorded Responses and Answer Keys To be announced later on the website Website(s) www.nta.ac.in, https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/
7. Declaration of Result on the NTA website 30 June 2024*

For CUET (UG) – 2024, fees will be charged based on the number of subjects chosen by the Candidates.

The Following Fee Structure is Applicable for CUET (UG) – 2024:-

Category	Up to 03 Subjects	For each Additional Subject
General (UR) OBC)- (NCL) / EWS SC/ST/PwBD/ Third gender	₹ 1000/- ₹ 900/- ₹ 800/-	₹ 400/- (each) ₹ 375/- (each) ₹ 350/- (each)
Centres Outside India	₹ 4500/-	₹ 1800/- (each)

 

Other Backward Classes-Non Creamy Layer as per the central list of Other Backward Classes available on National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC), Government of India website www.ncbc.nic.in.

Only the candidates falling in this list may mention OBC in the Category Column. State list OBC candidates who are not in OBC-NCL (Central List) must choose General/Unreserved.

As per the OM No. 20013/01/2018-BC-II Dated 17 January 2019, issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and the OM No. 12-4/2019-U1 dated 17.01.2019 of MHRD Department of Higher Education regarding the implementation of reservation for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) for admission in Central Educational Institutions.

Broad Features of CUET (UG) – 2024 Are as follows:-

Test Pattern	Objective type with Multiple Choice Questions
Medium	13 languages (Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu)
Syllabus	Language Subjects: Language to be tested through Reading Comprehension (based on different types of passages–Factual, Literary, and Narrative), Literary Aptitude, and Vocabulary
	Domain Subjects: As per the Class 12 syllabus only.
	General Test: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning (Simple application of basic mathematical concepts arithmetic/algebra geometry/mensuration/statistics), Logical and Analytical Reasoning
Registration	Registration will be online at https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG
