Admission to IIT Institutes of the Country is Given through JEE Advance Exam
JEE Main 2025 examination result has been announced recently in which aspirants have been screened to participate in the JEE Advanced 2025 examination. The Top 2.50 lakh successful candidates of the JEE Main 2025 Examination have been declared eligible to take the JEE Advanced 2025 Examination which will be held on 11 May 2025.
The aspirants can seek admission in the undergraduate courses of the 23 prestigious IIT institutes of the country through cracking JEE Advanced examination. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is the examination mode of the JEE Advanced 2025 examination. The JEE Advanced examination can be attempted only twice in two consecutive years.
The Registrations for the JEE Advanced 2025 examination will commence from 23 April, 2025. The eligible candidates can apply online for the JEE Advanced 2025 Examination through visiting the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. The eligible candidates will have to fill out the application form and pay the application fees.
The application process will continue till May 2, 2025 while the aspirants will be able to make fee payment by 5.00 pm on May 5.
JEE Main examination is the screening examination for the JEE Advanced in which the top 2.50 lakh successful aspirants of JEE Main examination are qualified to take the JEE Advanced examination.

As per the information brochure of the JEE Advanced examination, the admit card for JEE Advanced 2025 examination will be released on 11 May, 2025. The examination date of the JEE Advanced examination is 18 May. The JEE Advanced 2025 Examination will be conducted in 2 shifts.
The Paper 1 of the JEE Advanced 2025 examination will be conducted from 9 am to 12 noon, the Paper 2 of the JEE Advanced 2025 examination will be held from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
The application fees for the SC, ST and PwD candidates and all female candidates (irrespective of their categories) is Rs 1600.The application fees for all other category students is Rs 3200. While the application fees for the OCI/PIO (I) is ₹1600–₹3200 (based on category), the foreign nationals & OCI/PIO (F) candidates is USD 100–200 (for SAARC), and USD 250 (non-SAARC)
The application fees for Indian Nationals and OCI/PIO (I) is USD 150, and the application fees for foreign Nationals & OCI/PIO (F) is USD 150 (SAARC), USD 250 (non-SAARC)
