JEE Advanced 2024 – Last 10 Days Strategy, Do’s and Don’ts

JEE Advanced 2024 Examination is Scheduled to be Held on May 26

JEE Advanced 2024 aspirants are curious on how to chalk out the last 10 day strategy for success in the JEE Advanced 2024 Examination. Here are some preparation tips for the last 10 days before JEE Advanced 2024 which can help aspirants secure their place in the country’s coveted IIT institutes.

Points to Ponder

  1. It is very easy to secure at least 30% marks in JEE Advanced.
  2. This means an All India Rank below 15000 which can ensure a berth in the top IITs of the country.
  3. For a Rank below 5000 AIR, aspirants need to score around 30% to 40% marks. AIR Rank below 5000 ensures admission in top IITs of the country including IIT Mumbai, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Guwahati and others. If the JEE Advanced examination paper is moderate then the aspirant can score at least 30% and get admission in top IITs while the aspirant can score 40% if the examination paper is easier.
  4. Almost every year, if an aspirant secures 25% mark (General Category) then the aspirant is sure to get selected in JEE Advanced.

Question-wise Candidate’s Performance in Subjects

  • After the conclusion of the JEE Advanced examination every year, the JEE Advanced organizing IIT institute publishes a report about the questions of the JEE Advanced and the number of aspirants attempting each question correctly.
  • Analysis of these questions indicates that there are nearly 30% to 50% questions which aspirants can attempt easily.
  • There are around 50% questions in the JEE Advanced 2024 examination which are attempted correctly by most number of aspirants. Almost 50% questions in the JEE Advanced are easier and aspirants have to just identify such questions and attempt them in the Question paper. Successfully attempting 50% questions can guarantee a seat in the Top 7 IITs of the country.
  • Aspirants need not panic about the JEE Advanced 2024 Question paper and should attempt only those questions first which they can attempt easily instead of giving fluke answers to the questions.

JEE Advanced 2024 Exam Do’s and Don’ts

  1. Don’t Panic about the JEE Advanced 2024 Examination.
  2. Have Three Slots of Study Per day.
  3. Study subject from 9 am to 12 am which aspirant feels tough as the mind is fresh in the morning time. Chemistry is the subject which can be read in the morning session.
  4. Take lunch after studying in the morning session and relax.
  5. Study another subject from 2.30 to 5.30 pm.
  6. Give a second break and spend some time with family.
  7. Study another subject from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm.
  8. Aspirants should not study new books or Questions in the last 10 days.
  9. Aspirants should practice past year Questions to boost their confidence for the JEE Advanced Examination. It will give sense that JEE Advanced examination can be attempted successfully
  10. Review subject-wise Short Notes.
