Options of Engineering Institutes for Students With Low Ranks in JEE-Main 2023

Application Process is Going on in Many Engineering Institutes

With the declaration of the result of JEE-Main 2023, the country’s biggest engineering entrance exam, lakhs of students are gathering information about the NIT-IIIT Engineering Institutes they will get on the basis of their JEE-Main results. Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court has dismissed a petition regarding relaxation of 75 percent board percentage achievers for admission in IIT-NIT.

This will affect lakhs of students who do not have 75 percent scores in the board. At the same time, after the result of JEE-Main, there are thousands of students who have not been able to score as per expectation.

Allen Career Institute’s Career Counseling Expert Amit Ahuja said that all such students should now start trying for admission in engineering institutes because the admission/application process is still going on in many big engineering institutes of the country. Students can apply for admission to institutes like BITS Pilani, Manipal, Mangaluru, PES Bengaluru, KIIT Kalinga, SRM Chennai, MIT Pune, UPES Dehradun, NIIMS Mumbai, Shiv Nadar Noida, Bennett Noida, BBP Pune, LPU Punjab, etc. Admission in all these institutes is done through their own examination.

Along with this, board eligibility is not necessary for admission in these institutes. Apart from this, students who are not likely to get core branch in NIT-IIIT on the basis of JEE-Main 2023 all those students on the basis of JEE-Main 2023, can apply for the institutes like NNMIIT Jaipur, JP Noida, Thapar Patiala, DTU, NSIT, Nirma Ahmedabad, Dhirubhai Ambani, TripleIT Hyderabad, etc.

There is no 75% board eligibility for admission in these institutes also. Apart from this, all those students whose All India Rank in JEE-Main is far behind, all those students can apply for State Engineering Colleges through 15% other state quota on the basis of JEE-Main only. These states include Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Odisha, and West Bengal.
