The result of the first session of JEE-Main, the country’s biggest engineering entrance examination, is proposed to be released today, February 12. Aspirants are eagerly waiting for the JEE Main Session 1 results. B.E.-B.Tech Paper 1 of JEE Main Session 1 was conducted by NTA in 10 shifts in 5 days between January 27 and February 1.

The JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Registration is going on. Till now, more than 35 thousand new students have applied for the April session. These are such students who did not apply for the January session earlier.

In such a situation, the number of unique candidates applying for JEE-Main this year may exceed 13 lakh 50 thousand. Earlier, 12 lakh 31 thousand students had applied for the first session. The last date of application is till 2 March.

Out of the 12,21,615 candidates who registered for Paper 1, a total of 11,70,036 candidates appeared for the exam. A total of 55,493 candidates out of 74,002 registered students for paper 2 took the exam. Around 95.8 per cent of the registered candidates participated in Paper 1 (BE/BTech) during the JEE Main January 2024 exam making it one of the highest attendance rates ever.
