Over 12.3 Lakh Aspirants Wrote the JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Examination
National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2024 Session 1 (January Session) results a short while ago on the official website– jeemain.nta.ac.in. Candidates can also check their scores on ntaresults.nic.
The Results of Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) paper has been released today while the results of Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning) will be declared later. The final answer key, Toppers, and cut-off of JEE Main 2024 Session 1 have also been announced along with the results.

The JEE (Main) – 2024 January Session was held throughout the Country and abroad on 24, 27, 29, 30, 31 January and 1 February. National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2024 Session 1 at different Centres located in 312 cities around the world including 21 cities outside India. Over 12.3 lakh aspirants were registered for the JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Examination.
While the Paper 2 (B.Arch./B.Planning) of JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Examination was held on 24 January whereas the Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) of JEE Main 2024 Session 1 was conducted on 27, 29, 30, 31 January, and 1 February 2024. The Paper 1 Exam was held in 2 shifts each day,
Whereas the JEE Main Paper 2 was conducted in 1 shift only. The Paper 1 Shift 1 took place from 9 am to 12 noon, the shift 2 timing was 3 pm to 6 pm. The Paper 2 was held in 1 shift from 3 pm to 6 pm. The JEE Main 2024 Session 1 examination were conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode.

The JEE Main aspirants who want to better their score can also sit in the JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Examination and their best of 2 scores will be considered for deciding their All India Rank (AIR). After both the sessions of JEE Main 2024 are conducted, top 2.50 lakh aspirants will be considered eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2024.
