NTA has Declared the JEE Main Session 1 Results on 11 February 2025
JEE Main is the largest engineering entrance examination for admission into premier engineering colleges of the country including NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. JEE Main is also the screening examination for JEE Advanced 2025 Examination through which admission is given on the seats of coveted IIT institutes.
JEE Main 2025 Session 1 examination was organized between 22 January to 29 January 2025. After the conclusion of the examinations, now the result of JEE Main 2025 January session exams has been declared on 11 February.
Application Process for JEE Main 2025 April session Examinations are underway. There is a state of confusion among the students regarding the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 result. This situation has arisen due to change in the difficulty level of the exam held in both the shifts on different days of JEE Main.
Career Counselling Expert of ALLEN Career Institute Kota said that NTA should make the recorded responses of the students available again so that the students can check their right and wrong answers with the final answer key and add their own marks and evaluate.
Students should not evaluate their percentile according to the marks of the students of the other shift because the difficulty level of the morning and evening exam keeps changing on different days.
Due to the variation in the difficulty level of the exam held in different shifts, instead of revealing the marks of the students, the percentile is released as NTA score in seven decimals using the normalized formula.
Expert says that a big difference has been seen in the marks of the students in 99 percentile in different shifts. Students say that there is a difference of about 40 marks in 99 percentile. In this, tell their marks shift-wise or clear the normalization method so that relief can be provided.
