More than 13 Lakh 80 Thousand Applications
The application process for the January session of JEE Main 2025, the country’s largest engineering entrance exam being conducted by the National Testing Agency, has ended. The exam will be conducted in two shifts each day from 22 to 31 January.
Historic Registrations
Career counseling expert of ALLEN Career Institute said that this year the highest number of students in the history so far are going to appear in the first session of JEE Main. This year more than 13 lakh 80 thousand students have applied for the January session, which is 1 lakh 60 thousand more than last year, last year 12 lakh 21 thousand 764 had registered for the first session.
The option to correct the mistakes in the application will be given on 26th and 27th November. In this, students will be able to change all the information filled in the application. During the correction, students will not be able to make corrections in mobile number, email ID, current and permanent address, emergency contact details, and photographs.
Apart from this, changes can be made in their name, father’s name, mother’s name, class 10, 12, PAN card details, examination city, medium of examination, date of birth, gender, category, sub-category, signature and subject of question paper.
The opportunity to make corrections will be given only once, if the correction is made and frozen, then corrections cannot be made again despite the time remaining in it. After making the correction, students can confirm the correction by downloading their new confirmation page.
