After the release of the question paper, recorded response, and provisional answer key of the country’s largest engineering entrance exam JEE-Main 2025 January session, many students are challenging the answers given in the answer key as they are not satisfied with them. The last date to challenge the answer key is 6 February till 11.30 pm.
JEE Main 2024 January Session examination were held in 10 shifts in 5 days. The JEE Main 2025 Session 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) examination was held on 22 January, 23 January, 24 January, 28 January and 29 January. About 13.78 lakh aspirants were registered for Session 1 Examination of whom 13 lakh took the examination.
Student to get 4 Marks if NTA Drops Any Question
Career Counseling Expert of ALLEN Career Institute said that if the challenged questions are accepted by NTA, then all the students of that shift who have answered that question correctly get the benefit, whether these students challenge that question or not.
Also, if NTA drops any question out of the 750 questions of 10 question papers, then all the students of that shift will be given 4 marks on that question, irrespective of whether those students have attended this question or not.

Students are advised to download and keep their question paper and recorded response by 11.50 pm tonight because after this it will be removed from the website. The result of JEE Main January session will be released on 12 February.
Objection on Answers of 17 Questions
Students also had objections on many questions in the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Examination. Students discussed the answers of the questions with the experts of the ALLEN Career Institute after which answers of 17 such questions came out in which the opinions of experts of NTA, and ALLEN Career institute and students were different.
25000 New Unique Candidates Applied for the JEE Main April Session
The process of JEE Main 2025 April application is going on. Till now more than 25 thousand new unique candidates have applied. The last date of application is 25 February and this year the number of students applying in both the sessions of JEE Main will be more than 15 lakh, the highest in the history.
