JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Exam Registration Starts: Important Details & Deadlines

JEE Main 2025 Session 2 (April Session) Application Process will continue till 24 February

National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the application process for JEE Main 2025 Session 2 (April Session). The aspirants of JEE Main 2025 Session 2 can participate in the online application process through the official website of JEE Main, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The JEE Main 2025 Session 2 registration process will conclude on 24 February at 9 pm. The registration fee payment facility will end on 24 February at 11.50 pm.

The JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Examination has concluded recently. JEE Main 2025 Session 1 examination was held from 22 January to 24 January and also from 28 January to 30 January.

While the B.E./B.Tech Paper was conducted on 22 January to 24 January and also on 28 January and 29 January, the B.Arch/B.Planning Paper was held on 30 January.

Eligibility for Registration

Any candidate aspiring to take JEE Main 2025 Session 2 exam is bound to participate in the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Registration process irrespective of the condition that whether he/she registered himself/herself for the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 examination or not.

Even if any aspirant has registered itself for the JEE Main 2025 Session 1, then also he/she has to register for the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 again if he/she wants to appear in the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Examination as well.

The aspirants of JEE Main 2025 Session 2 will have to use their JEE Main 2025 Session 1 application number and password while registering for the Session 2 Exam. If the aspirant will apply with different applications form number of Session 1 and Session 2 then both application forms will be rejected. Tentatively, the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 examination is expected to be held from 1 April 2025 to 8 April 2025.

How to apply for JEE Main 2025 Session 2:

Visit the official website of jeemain.nta.nic.in

1. Click on the JEE Main Session 2 application windows.

2. Fresh should open the application page and enter the sought information. Session 1 aspirants can skip this step.

3. Log in account and fill out the application form.

4. Upload the required documents and make fee payment.

5. Submit the form and save the confirmation page.

List of Documents for JEE Mains 2025 Session 2 Application:

JEE Main aspirants must scan images of photograph, signature, class 10 or equivalent certificate/marks sheet and PwD/PwBD certificate (wherever applicable). These scanned images needs to be uploaded during the registration process.

    • The Application process require recent colored passport-size photo of the aspirant in which his/her 80 per cent face (without mask) is visible, including ears and taken against a white background.
    • The Aspirant should name his photograph with ‘Photograph’ name in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible). The size should be between 10 kb to 300 kb.
    • The aspirant should save his signature file with the name ‘Signature’ in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible). The size between 10 kb to 50 kb.
    • The aspirant should name the scanned copy of his class 10 or equivalent certificate/marks-sheet as ‘Class-X Certificate’ and save it in pdf form. The size should be between 10 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).
    • The disable aspirant must name his scanned copy of PwD/PwBD certificate as ‘Disability Certificate’ in pdf form. The size should be between 10 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).
