Admission will be given only after depositing partial admission fee in NIT-IIIT After the completion of JoSAA Counselling 2024 of IIT-NIT and IIIT of the country, now the students are showing eagerness to get admission in their allotted colleges.
Students are gathering information for final admission on the website of the allotted colleges. In such a situation, the students who have been allotted IIT after JoSAA Counselling will now have to get complete information about the remaining college fees and documents required for admission on the website of the allotted IIT.

Reporting Process for Final Admission in IIT Begins
The reporting dates for admission in IIT are being released on the website of each IIT. Students are advised to read the information given on the website of the allotted IIT thoroughly, as each IIT has different dates for reporting, orientation and commencement of classes.
Students can complete their registration process by going to the admission link in the information given on the IIT website. Apart from this, the students allotted NIT-IIIT will first have to deposit the partial admission fee between 24 to 26 July, which is Rs 45 thousand for General, OBC and EWS and Rs 20 thousand for SC-ST.
Only after paying this partial admission fee, students can take admission in the colleges of NIT system allotted in JoSAA Counselling. Students who are satisfied with their colleges allotted by the NIT system will have to complete the admission formalities for final admission in NIT-IIIT.
Students will have to get information about this from the website of the allotted NIT IIIT. The seat acceptance fee deposited by the students during Counselling will be adjusted in the remaining college fees during their admission.

First Semester in IITs Will Start Between 24th July and 19th August
The first semester of IITs will start between 24th July and 19th August. First of all, the first semester studies will start in IIT Delhi from 22nd July.
After this, the first semester studies will start in IIT Guwahati from 25th July, Indore from 26th July, Bombay, Hyderabad, and Rupnagar from 29th July, IIT Kanpur, BHU, and Bhilai from 30th July, Jodhpur, and Palakkad from 31st July, Madras, Bhubaneshwar, and Tirupati from 1st August, Patna from 2nd August, IIT Roorkee from 3rd August, Dhanbad from 4th August, IIT Kharagpur, Dharwad, and Mandi from 5th August, Jammu, and Goa from 7th August. The first semester studies will start in IIT Gandhinagar on 19th August.
