Students who have been Allotted Seats in this Round will have to Upload the Necessary Documents and Deposit the Seat Acceptance fee by July 8
The seat allocation for the third round of JoSAA counselling for 59 thousand 917 seats in 121 institutions including IITs, NITs of the country has been released. According to the earlier schedule, this allocation was to be released at 5 pm on Thursday, 4 July but it was released with a delay of over 3 hours.
In such a situation, thousands of students were seen continuously searching on the website regarding the possibility of getting their college.
Students who have been allotted seats for the first time in this round will have to upload the necessary documents and deposit the seat acceptance fee by 5 pm on July 8 and report online. Students whose documents are found lacking during online reporting will have to respond by 5 pm on July 9. Otherwise their seats will be cancelled.
For final admission in IIT NIT, students will have to do physical reporting and get their documents verified before taking admission. IITs have started providing information related to online reporting, registration process, orientation for final admission on their website.
Along with this, the website link and guidelines of the allotted college will also be issued to the students to complete the physical reporting process. Information related to NIT’s physical reporting and dates of classes has not been released yet.

The admission counselling process for B.Tech course is going on in all three campuses of Birla Institute of Technology (BITS), Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad, one of the renowned technical educational institutes of the country. Students can edit all their 12th class information and mistakes in choice filling till 10 pm today, 5 July.
This year, students were given the opportunity to fill choices of 41 branches including all the branches of all three campuses of BITS in the BITSAT counseling process. The result of the first round will be declared on 8 July.
