The JoSAA Counseling Registration will Conclude in July
The JEE Advanced 2025 Results were declared on Monday, June 2. Just a day after this, the process of JoSAA counselling has started from Tuesday, June 3.
This process is necessary for admission to the country’s premier technical institutes like IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Its full schedule has already been released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).

According to the information available on the official website of JoSAA, this year the counselling will be conducted in six rounds. The process will start from June and go on till July. Each round includes seat allotment, document verification and fee submission process.
Candidates must fulfil the following conditions to participate in JoSAA counselling:
For general category students, it is mandatory to have 75 per cent marks or be in the top 20 percentile of the board.
For reserved category students, this limit is 65 per cent.
Candidates must have cleared both JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams and achieved the cut-off score.
