Journey of MP Girl from hut to Rewa Medical College

Set to Become Village’s first Doctor

Prachi Patel, a daughter of Naudia village (Mauganj tehsil), has made history by securing admission to the MBBS program at Shyam Shah Government Medical College in Rewa district, Madhya Pradesh. Prachi, who grew up in a mud hut, is now poised to become the village’s first doctor.

This achievement is a matter of pride not only for her family but for the entire village and region.

Shiksha Sambal Yojana Changed her Fate

The Shiksha Sambal Yojana of the LN Maheshwari Parmarth Trust and ALLEN Career Institute Kota played a crucial role in turning Prachi’s dream into reality.

Under this scheme, she received free coaching, hostel, and food. Recalling her days in Kota, Prachi says, “The environment and the support of the teachers were invaluable.

From the doubt counter to the classroom, we received equal guidance everywhere. I credit my success to the teachers at ALLEN.”

A Story Full of Struggles

Prachi’s father, Krishnakumar Patel, and mother, Saroj Patel, support their family through farming. The family owns only three acres of land, which barely covers their annual expenses.

Their house is made of mud, and the roof leaks during the rainy season. Under such circumstances, the dream of becoming a doctor seemed impossible.

  • But Prachi never let difficulties interfere with her studies.
  • In Class 10, she scored 96.8%.
  • In Class 12, she scored 86.8%.
  • In NEET 2025, she scored 467 marks, securing an All India Rank of 95,488 and a Rank of 46,215 in the OBC-NCL category.
  • Based on these marks, she secured an MBBS seat at Shyam Shah Medical College, Rewa.

Journey started with 5,000 Rupees

Her father gave her only 5,000 Rupees when she arrived in Kota. Since all facilities were free under the Shiksha Sambal Yojana, Prachi did not have to spend much during her studies. At the end of the year, she even had about 2,000 Rupees left.

Prachi says, “Coming to Kota was the biggest opportunity of my life. While studying here, I never felt that we were economically disadvantaged. The environment here is equal for everyone, which boosted my confidence.”

Happy Atmosphere in the Village

Prachi’s success has created a festive atmosphere in Naudia village. The family and villagers are proud of her achievement.

Now, villagers are encouraging their daughters to pursue further education. Prachi is an inspiration not only to her family but to all daughters who dream big despite limited resources.

Shiksha Sambal Yojana – A Step Towards Social Change

Dr. Naveen Maheshwari associated with LN Maheshwari Parmarth Trust says—

“The Shiksha Sambal Yojana has delivered excellent results this year as well. Nearly 98% of students succeeded in NEET. Especially those selected for government medical colleges are an example for society.

With the right guidance and support, no dream can remain unfulfilled.”

Prachi’s Success – An Inspiration for Every Daughter

Prachi Patel’s achievement is an example of how difficult circumstances and lack of resources can never stop true talent.

With the support of Kota teachers and the help of the Shiksha Sambal Yojana, her dream came true. Now, she is set to become the first doctor in her village.

Her story conveys the message that with determination, hard work, and the right guidance, the journey from a hut to a medical college is possible.

This success is an inspiration for all daughters who have the courage to dream big even in adverse circumstances.
