Several Other Initiatives have also been carried out in Kota under Kota Cares Initiative
After the rebates and offers for the coaching students in Kota by hostellers and auto rickshaw drivers, now another initiative has been witnessed in the coaching capital city Kota. Indian Medical Association (IMA) Kota has taken a commendable initiative to help students pursuing coaching in Kota.
Dr. Meenakshi Sharda, President of IMA Kota informed that on the call of District Magistrate Dr. Ravindra Goswami and in collaboration with All students Welfare Society, IMA Kota has voluntarily decided to provide discount in hospital OPD and IPD charges to students in the affiliated hospitals under Kota cares initiative.
They will also provide smooth and quick service to the students and identify those who are suffering from drug addiction. The doctors will also inform their respective coaching institute to ensure timely intervention.
This initiative is an important step towards addressing the well-being and safety of students pursuing coaching in Kota, who often face academic pressure and mental stress along with many untold aspects. IMA Kota’s decision to provide discounted medical services and quick assistance will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the lives of these students. We all will also ensure that these students do not face any trouble in the hospitals till their parents arrive.
This letter of support and cooperation handed over to District Collector Dr. Ravindra Goswami underlines IMA Kota’s commitment to support coaching students.
This collaborative effort between IMA Kota, Kota Students Welfare Society and the District Administration is a great example of a medical community driven initiative that prioritizes student welfare. IMA Secretary Dr. Deepak Gupta and Past President IMA Dr. Amit Vyas handed over this letter of support along with coaching faculties.
