District Collector Reached the Class of NEET Target Students
Under the Kota Cares campaign of the district administration, District Collector Dr. Ravindra Goswami reached the class of NEET students at ALLEN Superpath Campus on Baran Road recently. He also shared tips and tricks for preparation 85 days before NEET.
Sharing his own experiences, he urged the students to stay motivated. He also told the methods of revision and study. During this, the girl students also asked questions and shared their thoughts.
Dr. Goswami that students should understand their attention span. Planning should be done accordingly. How long can we study? Understand this and do small planning. In this way, the execution will be good.
The output will be more. Many times we make long plans and the execution becomes longer than our attention span. This makes the matter worse. Plan in short spells, execute in short spells and give yourself small rewards.
Mobile is our enemy. When we study, we wonder if we have missed any reel, while watching the reel we regret that it would have been better if we had studied.
To avoid this guilt, we should fix time for both. When we study, focus only on studies and when we watch the reel, we should watch it with full attention.
He said that concentrate on studies, if you are focused on studies, you will not get tired, you will enjoy it, if you are doing the work that you want to do, then it is not a job but life, the body may get tired but not the mind and we should always feel new energy.
Dr. Goswami talked to the students on topics like self-doubt, backlog, test preparation, revision, anxiety, depression, marks decrease, lack of confidence. He said that everyone has backlog. There is no one who can say that I have studied everything and still I have time. We should think about the way of studying.
We should revise smartly. Make keywords. Make keywords for the pages of the copy which have difficulties and write them on the corner of the same page.
Apart from this, whenever you get free from routine work, when there is no class, then you should focus on revision.
