The Student Was Suffering from Dengue After Which a Mentor from ALLEN Kota Donated his Blood Platelets to Save his Life
Kota, Rajasthan: In a city where students arrive with dreams of a bright future, the people of Kota stand united in support during times of need. Recently, a Maharashtra-based NEET aspirant, Chaitanya, found himself in critical condition and was admitted to a private hospital. The situation was dire, with the student’s health deteriorating rapidly, leading to severe blood loss.
As Chaitanya’s father, Nigruti, grappled with fear and anxiety, he was moved by the overwhelming support he received from the city’s residents. His eyes welled up with tears as he saw strangers coming together to help his son.
After consulting with various people at the hospital, he was directed to Bhuvnesh Gupta, the coordinator and patron of Team Jeevandata, who received the urgent call for SDP. Sensing the gravity of the situation, Gupta immediately reached out to ALLEN’s faculty member, Satya Prakash Gupta. Without hesitation, Mr. Gupta put aside all his commitments and rushed to the Apna Blood Center. This marked his 11th platelet donation, adding to his previous 15 O-positive blood donations.
The gratitude expressed by Chaitanya’s father was profound. “In a city unknown to us, where could we find such selfless care? A mentor ran to help his student, and strangers became family. Kota is not just a coaching city; it is a caring city,” he remarked with a voice full of emotion, his eyes reflecting relief and appreciation. He extended heartfelt thanks to the people of Kota for their timely assistance, which saved his son’s life.
The timely blood donation ensured that Chaitanya received the critical care he needed, bringing immense relief to his family. This incident has highlighted the strong bond between teachers and students in Kota, as well as the city’s reputation as a caring and supportive community.
