Teachers and coaches plays significant role in the success of students and sportsmen. Teachers have the ability to find talent in the students and guide them for their future. Teachers’ constant support helped him pursue his ultimate goal of performance in cricket. Kuldeep Yadav thanked teachers for building the career and future of the students.

Success is less and failures are more in life but we should think on what we can do instead of what is not in our hands. We should always focus on our efforts and process and result will follow it. When things do not go accordingly then it hurts and it takes time to get over it.
However, one should motivate himself and also get associated with those guardians and mentors who motivates you and prepares you for future. Failures create imbalance in life so we need people in life who can help us and offer stability with motivation. My coach and father always backed me whenever things are not on the right path in life.

He said that one should never lose hope in life and never shy away from hardwork. Instead, they should overcome failures with their hardwork. Only those could comeback from failures who have clear sight of their life goals. Failures are bound to happen but one should leave failures aside and increase focus on next goals.
Remain surrounded with people who motivate you. Kuldeep said that the company of good people is a must for successful life as they always motivates you and also keep you on the right path. Such people prove to be God akin to you.
Kuldeep Yadav called upon the students to respect others as it will cultivate better things in life for them. He said that he has always maintained respect for the people around him.

MS Dhoni has associated himself with the ALLEN Career Institute in the recent past. When Kuldeep Yadav was asked about his association with MSD, Kuldeep said that students can learn a lot of life values from the inspirational MS Dhoni. Students can learn how to control emotions from MSD who was often referred as Captain cool for his calmness and composure on the field.
Kuldeep called upon the students to stay away from junk foods which are not good for the health. One should eat nutritious food for a good health. Diet and exercise is very important for healthy life. Also he asserted students to stay away from mobile phones which are potent distraction.
