10 Thousand New Unique Candidates Registers for JEE Main 2025 April Application

The application process for the April session of JEE-Main 2025 Examination, the country’s largest engineering entrance exam, has started. By the second day of application, more than 10 thousand new students have applied.

These are the students who did not apply earlier for the January session and are now applying for April. In such a situation, the number of unique candidates in JEE-Main this year will be more than 15 lakh. The last date for application is 25 February.

Career Counseling Expert of ALLEN Career Institute said that those students who have made any mistake in the application of JEE Main 2025 January session have got into big trouble in the application of April session.

These students had filled wrong details like category, state of eligibility, 10th and 12th details and state of exam during application. Now they are not able to edit it in April session application.

It is worth noting that this year for the first time students had to fill category related details in JEE Main January application. Many students had applied in general category due to lack of category certificate in January application, but now they are not able to edit category in April application even after getting category documents prepared.

Also, there are a large number of students who want to change their exam city in April application, but they are being given the opportunity to choose the exam center as per the local and current address filled in January application.

These students are not able to change their exam state.

Students maintained that in such a situation, NTA should give students a chance to edit at least once during the April application, because the biggest challenge in front of the students who have taken the January JEE Main exam is that they have will have to apply for the April session by logging in with their application number and password of the first session.

On applying afresh, if they register with a different application number, then their result will not be released.
