With just a few days left for CBSE 10th Board exam, we hope that the students are all set with their preparation. Most of the students would be looking out for effective tips that will aid in Mastering the CBSE 10th Board Exam. This year, class 10th Board Exams will be held from 15th February to 20th March.
Plan your schedule
As you know your weak areas, your agenda should be to give extra time to tackle those difficult lessons and transform them into strong ones. Prepare a timetable to prioritise and take care of the important and weaker sections first. Get a good 6 to 7 hours of sleep.
Revision Planning
Be pinpoint and study according to the weightage of the chapters in the final days.
Do not change the source from which you have learnt the whole year. Solve the sample paper, evaluate yourself and figure out your mistakes. After correcting the errors, solve another paper.
Note – Making
Maintain a separate notebook entirely for important formulae, reactions and diagrams.
Follow NCERT Books
All the question papers revolve around the concepts given in NCERT books, so follow NCERT books thoroughly.
History repeats itself, and so do CBSE question papers
Previous year papers are important because these papers let you know the difficulty level of questions and help you to figure out the repeating sequence of questions because some questions appear every time in every board exam.
Time-bound yourself while you attempt the papers in examination hall condition. Set your body clock to take an exam from 9 AM to 12 Noon.
Practice for Perfection
Proper planning and practice promote better performance and repeated practice lessens one’s deficiencies. After the revision is done, start solving practice papers in the given set of time.
Look, Memorize, Write and Cross-check
After trying every paper, evaluate yourself and revise the material which you could not recollect during the practice session.

The night just before the exam
Do not try to revise everything last day as this is not one night fight.
Sleep earlier as much as possible and take a long sleep. This will help you to reset your brain and remember the things more accurately at the time of the exam.
How to Attempt examination paper
Follow the instruction in the question. Write the correct question number while answering. Keep paper neat. Use capital letters, underlining and highlighting as tools to attract attention to important points. Structure your answers properly and answer precisely.
