Round 1 of NEET UG 2024 Counselling and Registration
MCC NEET UG 2024 Counselling is all set to begin soon. While the MCC NEET UG Counselling will ensure admission on the 15% All India Quota of the medical, dental and Ayush courses in the medical colleges of the country.
The State Counselling is also very crucial since it facilitates admission to 85% seats of Medical, dental and Ayush courses in the medical colleges. States conducts the State counselling of the seats in the medical colleges.
Tentative MCC All India Quota NEET UG 2024 Counselling Schedule
Tentatively the Registration for the MCC NEET UG 2024 Counselling and Round1 of the counselling is expected to commence from August 14.
The verification of the Tentative Seat Matrix by the participating institutes and NMC will take place during Round 1 counselling from 14 August to 15 August.
The registration and fee payment for the MCC NEET UG 2024 Counselling would continue till 20 August.
The choice filling would start from 16 August and end on 20 August. Processing of Seat allotment for Round 1 would be done on 21 August and 22 August while the result of seat allotment would be declared on 23 August.
The reporting time for the seat allotment students would be between 24 August and 29 August. The verification of the joined candidates data by the institutes would be held between 30 August and 31 August.
NEET UG Counselling 2024 – CW & PwD candidates
MCC has issued a notification recently for the Children/widows of Armed forces and Persons with Disabilities (CW & PWD) candidates for preparation of the relevant documents to ensure their eligibility in respective category.
MCC has asked CW candidates to remain in touch with the Delhi University and MCC Website for Updates.PwD candidates have been asked to take appointment with any of the nearest centre out of the 16 notified centres for the preparation of the relevant disability certificates.

Here is the list of the documents which are required for the All India Quota counselling of NEET UG 2024-
- Allotment Letter issued by MCC
- Admit Cards of Exam issued by NTA.
- Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA.
- Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
- Class 10th Certificate
- Class 10+2 Certificate
- Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
- Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
- Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving Licence/ Passport)
- For NRI candidates following documents are mandatory:
- a) Passport copy of sponsorer, embassy certificate
- b) Sponsorship affidavit (stating that sponsorer is ready to bear the expenses for the whole duration of study)
- c) Relationship Affidavit (Relation of Candidate with the sponsorer)
- For OCI/PIO/Foreign national candidates citizenship certificate/ card number documents are mandatory
- The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:
(a) SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the standard format as specified in the
prospectus/information bulletin) and it should be in English or Hindi in language. Sub caste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. Some of the States insist for English version of Caste Certificate. In case the certificate is in regional language the candidate should carry an Attested translated copy of the certificate in English/Hindi.
(b) OBC-NCL as per Central List certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub- caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer to claim OBC reservation benefit. The OBC certificate must be in the standard format as mentioned in the prospectus/ Information Bulletin.
(c) Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board in an online format by the designated centres as per NMC norms (Gazette Notification no. MCI-34(41)/2018- Med./170045 dated 04/02/2019). No other PWD certificate, issued by any other Authority/Hospital will be ntertained.
(d) EWS Certificate as per the prescribed format.
