MCC Removes Seats From Seat Matrix of Round-1 of NEET UG 2024 Counselling

MCC has issued an urgent notice for the candidates regarding the seat matrix of Round-1 of NEET UG 2024 Counselling. As per the notice, MCC has informed that “The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of DGHS has received information from the following Institute on 23.08.2024 to remove the following seats from the seat matrix of Round-1 of UG Counselling 2024 which were inadvertently contributed in the seat matrix by the college”. The name of the Medical College is Sri Krishna Medical College,

        

Muzaffargarh, Bihar, which has urged to remove total 4 medical seats from the All India MBBS Seats matrix. While 1 of these seats is from OBC category while 3 seats are from UR Category.

Result of Round-1 of NEET UG Counselling Postp oned till 24 August

The MCC has asserted that the seats mentioned above for withdrawal will be removed from the Seat Matrix before allotment process of Round-1. Also, information has been received from Delhi University on 23.08.2024 regarding publishing of revised CW list.

In this regard, the result of Round-I of NEET UG counselling 2024 which was scheduled to be declared today i.e., 23.08.2024 is being postponed and is expected to be published tomorrow i.e., 24.08.2024. MCC has advised the candidates to remain in touch with MCC website (www.mcc.nic.in).
