National Science Day 2023 – An Ode to the Legendary Scientist and Physicist, Sir CV Raman

National Science Day is Celebrated on 28th February Every Year

The country is celebrating National Science Day today which is observed in India on 28 February each year to commemorate the incredible discovery of the Raman effect by Indian physicist and legendary scientist Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman (C. V. Raman) on 28 February 1928. Sir C.V. Raman was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930 For his discovery. Salutation to Sir CV Raman for his great contribution to the field of science.

Shiksha ki Kashi Promoting Science Studies

National Science Day is celebrated to spread a message about the importance of science used in the daily life of the people. Shiksha Ki Kashi, Kota city is also a facilitator of Science and is involved in propagating science among the students.

Students from all over the country arrive in Kota to study science and prepare for engineering and medical entrance examinations. Kota, in a way, is contributing to the field of science by making careers of students in science and will continue to do so in the times to come as well.
