Now Candidates Can Do Choice Filling Till 11 September
MCC has issued a notice on its official website to announce extension of the date of choice submission and choice locking for the second round of online counseling for MBBS and BDS and BSc Nursing of All India Quota. According to the counseling schedule released earlier, the deadline for choice filling and locking was till September 10, which MCC has now been extended by one day to September 11.
This change has been made in the online second round counseling since MCC had received requests from many candidates, who were selected in Armed Forces Medical College Pune, and had joined the college allotted by MCC in the first round and now the time period of resignation date of the allotted college of the first round had also expired. In such a situation, keeping in mind the request of all such candidates, MCC has approved their resignation from its Round-1 seat from 3:30 pm on 9 September to 11 am on 11 September. By doing this, this process will come under free exit and security deposit of the candidates for the seat will not be forfeited. Along with this, the date of choice filling for the second round counseling is also being extended by MCC till 11:55 pm on 11 September 2024. Choice locking for Round 2 will start from 4 pm on 11 September and will end at 11:55 pm on 11 September.
