An important update has come out for lakhs of candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2025. The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has started the central counseling process of All India Quota (AIQ) for MBBS, BDS and B.Sc. Nursing courses. This counseling is conducted for 15% AIQ seats, and it includes major government and private medical colleges across the country.

- Registration Starts: 21 July 2025, 2:00 PM
- Registration Last Date: 28 July 2025, 12:00 PM
- Fee Payment Last Date: 28 July 2025, 3:00 PM
- Choice Filling Starts: 22 July 2025
How to Register: Step by Step Process
- Visit the official website of MCC: [www.mcc.nic.in](https://www.mcc.nic.in)
- Click on the registration link in the ‘UG Medical Counselling’ section.
- Fill in the following details:

- NEET UG 2025 Roll Number
- Application Number
- Candidate’s Full Name
- Mother’s name
- Date of birth
- Security PIN (captcha code)
- Enter mobile number and email ID and create a password.

- OTP will come on email and mobile which will be necessary to verify.
- After this login and fill the application form:

- Gender, nationality, religion, category
- Whether to take admission in Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) or not – choose this option.
- Fill bank details – required for refund
- Upload PDF of documents like bank passbook or canceled cheque
- Give details related to educational qualification
- Submit the application form and save its copy for future.

- Use roll number and password for login next time, but verification with OTP will be necessary on every login.
What to Know Before Choice Filling?
- Choice filling will start from July 22. In this, students decide the priority order of colleges.
- Before including any college in the choice list, get complete information about its rules, fee structure, bond policy etc.
- In many government colleges, service bond is filled – according to this, students have to serve the government for a few years after MBBS.
Details of Participating Colleges and Seats
- Seats available in total 775 medical colleges
- Government colleges: 432 institutes, 60,636 MBBS seats
- Private/Trust colleges: 343 institutes, 55,264 MBBS seats
- AIIMS: 20 institutes, 2,182 seats
- These include seats for MBBS, BDS and B.Sc. Nursing. The list of all institutes is available on the MCC website.
How Many Students will get the Chance?
A total of 12.36 lakh candidates have been declared qualified based on the results of NEET UG 2025. All these candidates are eligible to participate in MCC counseling.
