Notice in the regard issued on the official website of Rajasthan NEET UG 2024 Counselling
SMS Medical College Jaipur is conducting the Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2024 for NEET UG Medical and BDS admission 2024. Counselling body has issued a notification for verification of NRI, Defence/Paramilitary, PwD candidates on its official website.
As per the notice, the candidates of aforementioned categories will have to appear in person at the academic block of SMS Medical College, JLN Road on 23 August for their verification.
Against 385 seats available for NRI candidates for admission in government and RAJMES Medical colleges in the State, only 147 candidates have applied for admission. Of these NRI students, 51 NRI candidates are from Rajasthan whereas the rest 96 are NRI candidates from other states.
Hence, if the verification of all the candidates is found correct then all the NRI students will get admission in the medical colleges of the State.
There are total 238 MBBS seats in the NRI candidate category which will be reserved back in the absence of the NRI category students in the NRI category for next counselling.
Students of the NRI, Defence/paramilitary, PwD category should carry print out of the application form Part 1 and final application form, all original documents and their photo copies otherwise their eligibility will be affected.
The print out of the final application form of all the registered candidates of Rajasthan NEET UG have been started on the website which candidates can take out by submitting registered ID and password.
