Rajasthan NEET-UG 2025 – State Quota Stray Vacancy Round Counseling Schedule Released

Registration process for MBBS and BDS Seat Allotment for the Rajasthan State Quota Stray Vacancy Round Counseling has Begun.

The Rajasthan NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission Counseling Board, Jaipur, began the registration process for medical and dental college seat allotment on Wednesday morning, which will run from November 12th to 13th.

Registration fee submission between Nov 12-13

Career counseling expert at Allen Career Institute, stated that along with the Stray Vacancy Round counseling registration, candidates must also deposit the registration fee between November 12th and 13th.

Candidates must also submit their Part 1 and Part 2 registration forms within the same timeframe. Candidates who have already registered for Rounds 1, 2, and 3 in May are not required to register again.

Verification & submission of the original documents

The verification and submission of original documents of all registered candidates (including NRI candidates) wishing to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round for vacant seats will be conducted offline only between November 13th and 14th at the Academic Block of SMS Medical College, Jaipur.

The documents of candidates wishing to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round will be retained by the Counseling Board after verification.

Candidates must also submit a bond in a prescribed format (available on the Rajasthan State Counseling website) while submitting their original documents. Failure to do so will result in their ineligibility to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.

Counseling security deposit for different category MBBS-BDS seats

As per the instructions posted on the website, the counseling security deposit for all categories of candidates is ₹50,000 for a government MBBS seat, ₹200,000 for a government MBBS management seat, and ₹500,000 for an MBBS course in a private medical college.

The counseling security deposit fee for BDS courses in government and private dental colleges is ₹10,000. Candidates will be able to submit their desired choices only after depositing the counseling security deposit fee between November 14th and 16th. Candidates who have already submitted the above security deposits in the first, second, and third rounds are not required to submit a new security deposit.

Choices submitted by candidates will be automatically locked at 11:45 pm on November 16th. Therefore, candidates must complete their choice submission carefully within the stipulated time limit.

The Stray Vacancy Round provisional merit list will also be released on November 16th, and the seat allotment result will be announced on November 17th. Candidates will be able to print their allotment letter and deposit the appropriate fees between November 18th and 20th.

Candidate reporting at SMS Medical College Jaipur

Candidates will be required to report to the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, with their original certificates between November 18th and 20th.

They will also be required to bring two sets of self-attested photocopies and the online payment slip along with the original certificates.

Candidates who have not been allotted a seat will be able to collect their original documents from the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, between November 18th and 20th.

Stray Vacancy Round terms

If a candidate is allotted a seat in the Stray Vacancy Round and does not join the allotted seat, he/she will be debarred from participating in the Rajasthan State Counselling process for the next one year, his/her security deposit will be forfeited and the terms and conditions of the bond given by the State will also be applicable.

Furthermore, a candidate who joins the college on the basis of Stray Vacancy Round allotment will also not be allowed to resign from the course (including returning the original documents) on or before the last date of admission fixed by MCC/NMC/DCI and the terms and conditions of the bond given by the State will also be applicable.
