Students Can Check The SOPs & Guidelines of Class 10, 12 Practicals on cbse.gov.in
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has recently unveiled the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for the upcoming Class 10 and 12 practical examinations in 2024. These crucial details are available for scrutiny on the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in.
The practical exams for both Class 10 and 12 are scheduled to commence on January 1 and will continue until February 14, 2024. Schools across the nation are entrusted with the responsibility of conducting these examinations during this period.
CBSE aims to ensure uniformity in instructions and the correctness of procedures during practical exams, projects, and internal assessments. In light of this, the Board has meticulously prepared SOPs and guidelines for the convenience of students, educators, and other stakeholders.
Marks for all practical examinations must be uploaded concurrently, beginning on the respective exam dates. Schools, internal examiners, and external examiners are urged to exercise diligence during the marks upload process, as corrections will not be permissible once the marks are submitted.
Unlike Class 12, the CBSE Board will not provide practical answer books for Class 10. Schools are responsible for making the necessary arrangements for these exams. Following the completion of exams, Class 10 practical answer books are not required to be sent to the regional office.
CBSE will appoint external examiners for each school to oversee practical examinations and project assessments in specific subjects.
Payments for all individuals involved in the examination process will be made through the Integrated Payment System unless otherwise specified.
It is imperative for schools to adhere to the directives issued by CBSE. Failure to comply may result in the Board reserving the right to cancel practical examinations.
As the CBSE Board Exam 2024 approaches, students, educators, and other stakeholders are encouraged to thoroughly review these guidelines to ensure a smooth and standardized examination process. Access the complete SOPs and guidelines on the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in.
