Success Honored at the ALLEN Kota Victory Carnival

Over 5,000 Aspiring Engineers and Medicos Participated

ALLEN Victory Carnival 2025, Career City Kota’s biggest success celebration was held on Thursday. Organized by ALLEN Career Institute Kota, this Victory Carnival took place at Dussehra Ground, where students who succeeded in the 2025 JEE Main-Advanced and NEET-UG were honored.

Over 5,000 aspiring doctors and engineers and their parents attended the event. When champion students studying at IITs, NITs, AIIMS, and medical colleges across the country met, memories of Kota were refreshed, and everyone said… If Allen exists, it’s possible, only if Kota exists, there’s a career. There’s no other city like Kota.

At the event, ALLEN Career Institute Directors Dr. Govind Maheshwari, Rajesh Maheshwari, Dr. Naveen Maheshwari, and Dr. Brajesh Maheshwari honored future engineers and medicos. Students were accompanied on stage by their parents, who celebrated their success with the teachers.

The carnival brought together old friends after college selection. As more students arrived, the buzz grew. Groups began to form, and then there was dancing to film songs, while selfies and photo ops were exchanged. They shared their college experiences, reminiscing about Kota and the good old days.

The Victory Carnival also saw a reunion between faculty and students. Following the JEE and NEET results, these students have returned to their colleges and have begun their studies. Now, some returned to Kota after six months, others after three.

When they met faculty at the Victory Carnival, they touched their feet and sought blessings. They also took selfies. Faculty also inquired about the students’ college and asked about their studies.

Success through Education Support and Honoring the Sons of the underprivileged

Prachi Patel, who attended medical college after studying for free at Allen Kota, was honored during the Allen Education Support Campaign. Prachi arrived on stage with her family and described Allen Education Support as a blessing.

Prachi is studying at Shyamshah Medical College in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. Deraj Ram, a student from a very poor family in Chohatan, Barmer, also arrived on stage with his family. Deraj’s father works as a labourer to support the family. Deraj is studying at AIIMS, Jodhpur. Both students will receive a monthly scholarship until graduation under the Guddi Ke Lal Scholarship.

Lessons from Values to Success

Allen Director Dr. Govind Maheshwari said that along with becoming good doctors and engineers, the faculty must also remain good human beings. Always keep the spirit of service to your family and society in mind. Director Rajesh Maheshwari said that every student should establish their own identity through their determination.

Your name should be known to your family, family, and city. Only collective efforts yield good results. If we all continue to perform well together, these children’s dreams will be fulfilled. Director Dr. Naveen Maheshwari urged the students to pledge to serve society.

He said that along with becoming good doctors and engineers, it is also important to become good human beings. Director Dr. Brajesh Maheshwari said that Allen is committed to shaping the future of students in every field. Students must continue studying until their commitments are fulfilled. If we continue to focus on our work and move forward, we will surely achieve something special.

Carnival Parade and Games

The main attraction of the program was the Carnival Parade. Various artists danced and swayed among the students. The parade included many attractions, including cartoon characters, vintage cars, clowns, balancing games, and dance competitions.

The parade concluded on the main stage, where the parade artists performed. Students from all over the country were delighted to see the arrangements at the Victory Carnival. When students arrived at the game zone, some watched a puppet show, some played carrom, some tried jumping, and some won prizes by throwing circles.

Allen Kota Victory Carnival 2025 was not just an award ceremony, but a celebration of struggle, success, values, and dreams. This event is a testament to the fact that with the right guidance, persistent hard work, and a positive attitude, any student can achieve their goals.

Kota is not a city, but a laboratory of dreams—and Allen is the name for turning those dreams into reality.
