A Glimpse into Daily Routine

Mazin’s regimen is a testament to discipline and dedication. Rising at 5 am, he embarks on a six-hour study session before departing for ALLEN Coaching. Used to take only 15 minutes power nap after returning from ALLEN since I never had the habit of sleeping in the afternoon.

Would take a break for an evening snack and talk to his mother over the phone for some time. Then again start studying in the evening till dinner time. After dinner I used to talk to my mother and later go to bed after studying till 12 in midnight.

Thriving in Kota’s Ambiance

The studious and competitive milieu of Kota invigorated Mazin’s academic pursuit. Engaging in scholarly discourse with peers and drawing motivation from the vibrant atmosphere, he found his stride amidst the city’s academic ethos.

Subject Affinities

Physics emerged as Mazin’s favored domain, while a burgeoning interest in biology blossomed during his eleventh-grade tenure. His penchant for numerical problem-solving, cultivated since early academia, laid the groundwork for his NEET UG aspirations.

Lessons in Perseverance

Kota’s crucible instilled in Mazin the virtue of perseverance. Encouraged by ALLEN’s faculty and inspired by the motivational ambience, he gleaned invaluable lessons in resilience and fortitude.

Navigating Challenges

  • Overcoming Doubts: Mazin’s early academic journey was beset by doubts and errors, swiftly dispelled by ALLEN’s adept faculty and dedicated doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Embracing Conceptual Learning: Mazin eschews rote memorization in favor of a conceptual grasp, emphasizing the importance of understanding over memorization.

Harnessing Mock Tests

Mock tests emerge as Mazin’s stalwart ally in assuaging exam anxiety, offering a simulated platform to acclimate to the rigors of the NEET UG examination.

Words of Wisdom:

  • Fostering Focus: Mazin advocates for unwavering focus, urging aspirants to curb distractions and confront initial homesickness with courage.
  • Embracing NCERT: Mazin underscores the pivotal role of NCERT, advocating its diligent study as a cornerstone of NEET UG preparation.

Examination Strategy

  • I solved chemistry first in the examination since I want to adopt a slow approach in chemistry for avoiding silly mistakes. Then I attempted Biology and Physics in the end.
  • Solved paper in 2 rounds. Attempted 170 questions in the first round and then attempted easiest 10 questions in the second round.
  • Recheck the paper after completing it.

Message for Students

  • Remain away from distractions and keep courage to battle homesickness initially after arriving in Kota for NEET UG preparation as gradually things will settle down.
  • Compile study resources from the start as it becomes difficult to do such compilation.
  • NEET UG aspirants should note silly mistakes in a notebook which they should see 2-3 hours before every examination.
  • NEET UG aspirants should never ignore NCERT.
  • Aspirants should study NCERT from the start while studying Biology whereas NCERT in chemistry can be focused at the end of the course. However, aspirants should study NCERT in inorganic chemistry from the start.
  • If you do hardwork in your studies round the year then the results would be better later.

Hobbies

  • Like playing video games and also have some interest in social media platforms like YouTube.

An Emotional Bond with Kota

Two years of academic immersion in Kota have forged an indelible bond for Mazin. Fondly reminiscing on his emotional attachment, he beckons future aspirants to partake in Kota’s enriching academic tapestry.
