Why was WBJEE 2025 Result Released Late?

As per the initial plan, WBJEE 2025 result was to be released on 7 August 2025, but the Calcutta High Court directed the board that the published merit list is not in accordance with the court order related to OBC reservation. Due to this, the board had to prepare a new list by cancelling the old merit list. Due to this, the result was declared about two weeks late.

Click on the link “WBJEE Result 2025 Rank Card” available on the home page.
A new window will open, where the candidate has to enter his Application Number and Password/Date of Birth.
After submitting, your Rank Card will be displayed on the screen.
Check the scorecard carefully and download it.
Keep a hard copy of it safe for future process.

When was the WBJEE 2025 Exam Held?

WBJEE 2025 exam was conducted on 27 April 2025 in two shifts:

First shift: 11 am to 1 pm

Second shift: 2 pm to 4 pm
