Blood Donation Camp was Organized at ALLEN Where Hundreds of Unit Blood was Donated by Faculty, Staff and Directors
Every year on 5th September, Teachers’ Day is celebrated with great Zeal and respect across the country. On this occasion, special programs were also organized at ALLEN Career Institute, Kota.
On this day, students expressed respect and gratitude towards their teachers. Not only were teachers honored at ALLEN, but a large-scale blood donation camp was also organized as part of social concerns, in which a record 606 units of blood were donated.
Colorful Celebration of Teachers’ Day at ALLEN
On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, an atmosphere of enthusiasm was seen in various campuses of ALLEN since morning. Students welcomed their teachers with flowers, roses and cards.
While wishing the teachers, the students said that their gurus have contributed the most to their success. On this occasion, the students also gave cultural and entertaining presentations in honor of the teachers.
The students made the atmosphere cheerful with mimicry and fun activities. The teachers also accepted the love and respect of the students and blessed them.
On this occasion, both the teachers and students of ALLEN together made Teachers’ Day memorable.
606 Units of Blood Donated at ALLEN
On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, ALLEN Career Institute Private Limited, while fulfilling its social responsibility, organized a grand blood donation camp on behalf of All Students Welfare Society (ASWS). Faculty, staff and eligible students participated in this camp in large numbers and donated blood enthusiastically.
A total of 606 units of blood were donated in which 546 men and 60 women voluntarily donated blood and presented an example of social service. The blood donation camp was organized simultaneously in 10 campuses of Kota city.
Inauguration of Blood Donation Camp
The blood donation camp was inaugurated at ALLEN Samarth Campus located in Indra Vihar. On this occasion, ALLEN’s Director Dr. Naveen Maheshwari, Senior Vice President Vinod Kumawat, ASWS Senior Members VK Nagar, IL Maheshwari, Secretary Gopalram Manda and Raghuveer Singh Solanki were present.
Both teachers and students participated enthusiastically in the blood donation camp. Faculty and staff members appreciated this initiative and called it the most meaningful way to celebrate Teachers’ Day. Students said that there is no bigger gift to society than blood donation.
On this occasion, ASWS President Mukesh Saraswat said that ALLEN has always been aware of social responsibilities. Activities like blood donation not only help the needy but also teach students the importance of social service.
Message of Teachers’ Day
This Teachers’ Day celebration at ALLEN Career Institute gave the message that the Guru-Shishya tradition is not limited to studies, but it also includes values and social service. While on one hand, students honored their teachers by presenting them flowers and enthralled them with entertaining activities, on the other hand, the blood donation camp made this day even more special.
By donating 606 units of blood, ALLEN not only made Teachers’ Day memorable but also fulfilled its responsibility towards the society.
This Teachers’ Day celebration at ALLEN Career Institute was unforgettable for both students and teachers. The students paid respect to their teachers by offering them flowers, presenting mimicry and cultural programmes and receiving their blessings. ALLEN presented a unique example of social service by donating 606 units of blood.
