Ministry of Human Resource Development has announced that CBSE class 10 board examination for this year will not be conducted in any part of the country, except for northeast Delhi.
The ministry said that an additional time of 10 days will be given to students for the preparation of exams. Further dates of CBSE Class 10, 12 exams will be announced soon.

HRD Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank conducted a Live Webinar today and interacted with students from all over the country. He suggested class 12 students waiting for their board exams to study other courses. He also urged parents to help the students and keep them motivated.
Along with this CBSE has decided to promote students of classes 1 to 8 and also classes 9 and 11 would be promoted based on internal marks.
