Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) is a gateway for admission of candidates in undergraduate Engineering and Pharmacy courses offered by the government as well as private institutes of Gujarat. Aspirants can appear for this entrance test after passing their 10+2 examination. The examination is managed by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar (GSHSEB).

There shall be a combined question paper for Physics and Chemistry and the paper will carry a total no. of 80 questions wherein 40 questions will be there in the Physics section and 40 questions will be there in the Chemistry section and the total duration given for this paper will be 120 minutes. The question paper for Biology and Mathematics shall be separate. And both the papers will contain 40 questions each and the duration given will be 60 mins for each of the sections.

The concerned admission committee will prepare a merit list for the admission in Degree Engineering, Degree/Diploma Pharmacy courses considering 60% of the percentile in theory subjects of the selected group (A or B or AB) in 12th class and 40% of GUJCET.
