On April 12, 2026, the NTA released the Advance City Intimation Slip for registered candidates. This slip provides information solely regarding the examination city, not the complete details of the examination centre.

- This is not the admit card.
- It is intended solely for the purpose of planning travel arrangements.
- The actual examination centre and other essential details will be provided in the admit card itself.

How to Download the NEET-UG 2026 Admit Card?

- Visit the official website: neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the “NEET UG Admit Card 2026” link
- Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth
- Click on the “Submit” button
- Download the admit card displayed on the screen
- Ensure you take a printout of it for the examination

Carrying the Admit Card to the Exam Centre is Mandatory
It is mandatory for every candidate to carry a printed copy of their admit card to the examination centre. No candidate will be granted entry into the examination hall without an admit card. Additionally, it is essential to carry a valid Identity Proof (ID Proof) along with you.

- Physics: 45 Questions
- Chemistry: 45 Questions
- Biology (Botany + Zoology): 90 Questions
